We know that music benefits young people and schools, and have worked hard since March to help keep music alive for young people in Cumbria. Over 400 students continued learning remotely with us during the first Lockdown, and we’ve been back in schools since September.
The current DfE guidance for schools (Dec 2020) states that:
ALL PUPILS SHOULD HAVE ACCESS TO A QUALITY ARTS EDUCATION. MUSIC, DANCE AND DRAMA BUILD CONFIDENCE AND HELP CHILDREN LIVE HAPPIER, MORE ENRICHED LIVES, AND DISCOVER THE JOY OF EXPRESSING THEMSELVES.
With the new restrictions in January, we are teaching online again so that no student needs to miss out. You can register here for your child to continue receiving tuition online:Online Tuition Registration
